Fitness Expo and Pasta Dinner

Everyone Invited to Participate in Fiddlers Run Weekend Events

Everyone is invited to participate in the Cape Breton Fiddlers Run, presented by the Sydney Credit Union.  In addition to the 5km, 10km, half-marathon, and Boston qualifying full-marathon, a free Healthy Living Expo and a Ceilidh on the Course are also being planned.

The Healthy Active Living Expo is free and you don’t have to be registered for the Fiddlers Run to come.  Everyone is welcome to attend to help us celebrate the power of sport and the benefits of healthy and active living.  The Healthy Living Expo takes place on the Saturday, October 19, 2013. 

In addition to the Healthy Living Expo, everyone is encouraged to come down to Victoria Park or drive the race route to take advantage of the Ceilidh on the Course.  The Ceilidh on the Course features local fiddlers and piano players at different points along the race route.

The Fiddlers Run Pasta Dinner, sponsored by Boston Pizza, also takes place on Saturday for Fiddlers Run participants.
